Illegal Immigration and Scam Central: Dictators in Black Robes, the ACLU, and the Obama Adminstration Manipulate the Legal System

Read the previous entry about three Federal judges ordering the release of 43,000 prisoners from California prisons on the pretext of better "medical care" for priisoners (real reason: leftists do not believe in prisons). Then take to heart my absolutely accurate statement that leftists do not NEED to have approval of the Supreme Court to use the Federal lausuits to IMPOSE leftist vieews on us all in violatiion of every principle of democracy. All lefitsts need is complicit leftist politicians, or wimpy politiicans, who will do what leftists demand without the case ever getting to the Supreme Court--whehter by "settling" the lawsuit or simply changing policy.


Now look at further news from yesterday. The Obama Administration announced that it was responding to an ACLU lawsuit by ceasing to use a Teas "prison" as temporary housing for illegals awaiting deportation, and otherwise was "reviewing" the practices as to "detention" of illegal aliens awaiting deportation. The ACLU reacted to this announcement by saying that it did not qute go far enough, since "advocates" nneeded to be allowed to "supervise" the "conditions" under which illegal aliens were held. In other words, the ACLU is directlly telling you that the entrie purpose of this lawusuit, and all of its other lawsuits on illegal imigration, is for the ACLU/other leftists to gain complete contorl of our lpolicy on illegal immigration, no matter what the public wants.

1. The goal of the aCLU lawsuit in question is to STOP deportation of illegal aliens.


2. The ACLU, and leftists in general, do not believe in ANY deportation, or enforcement of the immigration laws--with the possible exception of deportation of an illegal alien facing a death sentence for murder to a country which does not have the death penalty.


3. The ACLU does not believe in democracy, which is true of most leftists. Nope. This blog has shown that this is NOT a matter of opinion. It is a fact. From illegal immigration to homosexual marriage to the death penalty to abortion to almost every other issue, leftists care only about the RESULT--and are more than willing to achieve that result by anti-democratic means.. What leftists believe in is POWER--not democracy, free speech, or any of those corny things. Look at their reaction to people appearing at town hall meetings!!!


4. The Obama Administation does not believe in deportation of illegal aliens. That is not just shown by their CVOMPLICITY in this ACLU lawsuit. Previsoully, the Obama administration has suspended raids on employers and changed policy so that ilegal aliens will be guaranteed the right to a LAWYER in deportation proceedings. That is apart from Obama's support of "open borders" legislation giving amnesty to illegal aliens--the most leftist version of that legistlation, beyohnd even what was proposed by John McCain in the McCain-Kennedy bill (defeated because of public outcry).


5. Illegal imigration HURTS wages paid American workers. You don't have to take my word on this one (good as my word is)!!!. President Obama gave a speech saying that his Administration was "cracking down" (he lied) on emplouyers because illegal immigration kept wages low for Aermican workers.


6. The Obama Adminstration, and leftists in general, do NOT belive in dlepriving illegal aliens of American jobs. For proof o this one, you only have to go back to a previous lawsuit, and order of a San Francisco judge, BLOCKING the effective use of computers to keep eillegal aliens from being employed in this country. Yes, we ALREADY match the names of employees to their social securfity numbers by computer. The Bush Administration belatedly decided to "crack down" on employers, AND the CRIMINAL illegal aliens using false socilal security numbers, by regulations requring employers to take action to verifly social security numbers when the government notifies them of a dsicrepancy shown by the computer. The ACLU AND the AFL-CIO (betraying American workers: What else is nwe?) SUED before a leftist San Francinsco judge to stop this EFFECTGIVE way of "crfacking down" on employers and illegal aliens. Nope. Lefits, including the Obama Amdinistration, do NOT blieve in effectively depriving illegal aliens of jobs in this country. What they believe in is DECEIT, where they may publicize some big fine against a big corporation or tow (like Wal-Mart), while OPPOSING any EFFECTIVE measures (available to us) to stop employment of illegal aliens in this country.


Thus, you should not believe that dictators in black robes are usually acting alone. They are usually acting in concernt with leftist politicians to SUBVERT DEMOCRACY
