President Obama: Comic Genius

There is just no doubt about it. Prsident Obama is a comic genius, and he even has second bananas (Democrats in Congress) who are screamingly funny in their own right. Who is it that can reisst laughing out loud at Nancy Pelosi--the Caholoic who is ready to argue with God about proper Catholic doctrine on judgment day. (See previous blog entry in archives QUOTING Pelosi--proving she no more believes in religion than I do--less, in fact.)


You should remember the previous blog entry of a couple of weeks ago showing that Persident Obama is laugh-out-loud (lol) funny. That was when comedian Obama made a big deal about "cutting" $100,000,000 dollars frma 3,550,000,000,000 budget (or 1/35,500--less than $1.50 for your personal budget if you are projecting $50,000 in expenses for the next year--up from, say, $30,000).


Well, what has happened since then?


Well, we spent more than $100,000,000.00 on this stupid swine flu scare. In fact, you may have missed the hillarious Reuters story of a few days ago. I did not miss it. That is why you need to read this blog. It turns out that the Democrts in the House are proposing a 94.2 BILLION dollar "emergency" spending bill for Iraq, Afghanistan, AND OTHER PROGRAMS. As best I can understand, "emergency" means that this is OUTSIDE the budget. One of those "other programs" is TWO BILLION dollars to enable us to deal with a flu pandemic. You see why I responded to Dan as I did (see commments under one of my swine flu entries). You should also see why Obama is so very funny.


"Wait", you say. Comic genius Obama did BETTER than $100 million. Isn't he a SCREAM. I was rolling in the aisles. Set the bar REALLY low, and then come out with another comic gem. The announcemetnt (yesterday, I believe) was that President Obama had found "cuts" of several BILLION dollars in the budget--cuts in wildly excess spending amounting to less than 1/2 of 1% of the budget (better, of course, than 1/35,500, which is not saying anything). This, of course, is mere technique. Propose a wildly EXCESS budget, and then try to get credit for "cutting" the excess you have ADDED. But that deception is not what makes President Obama a true comic genius.


President Obama recognized (after the ridicule that came from people who did not recognize the comic genius of that $100 million dollar fiasco) that he was not proposing hardly any "cuts", in percentage terms. But that is no obstacle to a COMIC GENIUS. The Obama Administration acknowledged that the "cuts" were only a "start", but said that they nevertheless represented a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY.


Have you stopped laughing yet. Letterman and Leno, eat your hearts out. This is comic genius at work! Look at how subtly President Obama has exposed a federal budget out of control. If 10 or 20 billion dollars is "substantial", think of how mcuh money is represented by this year's DEFICIT of two TRILLION dollars! Think of how much money the federal government is really spending. That comic genius, Obama, found the perfect way to bring it home to you.


That gifted comedian, President Obama, did not stop with these comic gems. He proposed to "raise" 210 billion dollars over 10 years (notice how much biggger the supposed revenue is from TAX INCREASES than the "savings" from "decreases" in INCREASED, proposed spending). by eliminating "tax havens" and "tax breaks" used by coproations and individuals taking advantage of suppsed tax advantages available by use of foreign operations/investments.


Look how FUNNY this guy Obama really is. Do you really think that people going to this much trouble to AVOID taxes are going to sit quietly by while Obama RAISES their taxes (not only by cutting off some of these alleged tax dodges, but affirmatively raising their taxes). That is truely FUNNY. What is going to happen is that Obama's tax increases will cause MORE TAX DODGES as people put more effort into avoiding higher taxes. Obama himself is providing all kinds of NEW "tax dodges" ("green" tax credits, etc.) for people to USE (without necessarily doing any "good" at all) in AVOIDING taxes.


The man is just outright hilarious. You still doubt?


While announcing a new tax proposal every week, that comic genius, Obama, had time to announce some sort of group to stury SIMPLIFYING the tax code. Can you get any funnier than that!!!!! The man is doing his best to complicate the tax code beyond all reason, as he USES the tax code to advance his leftist agenda. Yet he solemnly declares that he will "SIMPLIFY" the tax code. And for this comic genius, asaying it makes it so. What is even more hilarious is that he probably SUCCESSFULLY stole the "issue" from the Repubican Party, which has BLOWN this issue--along with so many others. Even Limbaugh and conserative talk radio made the mistake of proposing COMPLICATED, "emergency", tax gimmicks instead of SIMPLE tax rerorm on the order of Reagan. Nope. President Obama is truely a comic genius. Republicans lack a leader with a simple message, and comic Obama is taking full advantage with MULTIPLE simple messages--which just happen to contradict one another. But comic genius Obama understands that "consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.". Still not convinced.


Look at foreign policy. While Pakistan is imploding, and Iran is asserting its power and influence (not to mention North Korea!), what is Obama doing? Well, he is championing the rights of terrorists, and promising to investigate whether action should be taken against lpeople who acted in good faith to protect this country. In fact, one of those amazing stories from this comic genius in the past few days is that the Obama Adminstration is considering action to DISBAR Bush Administration lawyers for endorsing allegedly illegal policies. I have suggested before that FDR be CONVICTED lposthumously of CRIMINAL kidnapping with regard to those "detention" camps for Japanese AMERICANS. As for Harry Truman, mere posthumous conviction is not nearly enough. A comi genius like Obama can clearly figure out a way to RAISE TRUMAN FROM THE DEAD, so we can EXECUTE him for killing all of those people in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Nope. President Obama is perhaps the greatest comic genius to ever walk the Earth.


You can't possibly still have doubts. But, if you are that much of a fool, consider that Latin "summit". Presidetnt Obama accepted a book from Hugo Chavez--both of them all smiles--alleging 500 years of American evil in Latn America. Comic genius Obama treated Chavez like a "gest bud", even as Chavez trashed Obama's country. That, however, was nothing for a comic genius.


Nicaraguan Communist leader Ortega gave a 45 minut diatribe against the United States of America, and all of the "evil" we have committed. President Obama then got up to speak. Remember, this is a COMIC GENIUS. A lesser man might have defended this county. Comic genius Obama merely said: "You can't blame me for all of that. I was only three years old." Yes, that actually was a DELIBERATE "joke". But look at how many levels upon which that "joke" works. It not only plays upon Obama's "defense" of his friendship with leftist terrorist William Ayers, but it VALIDATES everything Ortega said about the evil of this country, while DISTANCING Obama from that evil. The man is simply a comic genius.


Now I can see some of you mentally objecting that Obama is not trying to be FUNNY. I think you are underestimating this comic genius. Do you really believe Obama is not laughing at all of those people out there --including many Republicans--who are either swallowing, or playing straight man, to all of this ridiculous stuff?


I think Obama IS laughing. The man really is a comic genius. He is a master of the absurd. We won't even go into his comple government takeover of the economy, and his "defense" of that. I leave it as an exercise for the reader to evaluage the comic genius at work there, and in the numerous other comic statements about how he is going to be more "fiscally responsible" than any recent President (or maybe any President).


If you look at this correctly, you should be laughing most of every single day. I do. Only Wall Street "analysts, and "journalists", come close to being this funny. Be thankfuly you live in an age with so MANY comic geniuses making every day a laugh riot for us all (all of us hip enough to erealize true comic genius at work).
