Wall Street itself has voted against this disgraceful bailout bill: twice.
Yes. Go back to last Monday. It was assumed the bill would pass. The Dow was down 250 points (about at the same point it ended yesterday, after recovery from the extortion/blackmail/politically inspired sell off when Wall Street was "shocked' by House rejection of the bill last Monday).
Today, there is again the assumption that the bill will pass, after the Senate's disgraceful port version passed. The Dow was just down 120 points.
To be fair, of course, even Wall Street may have begun to realize that this now 400 page, disgraceful bill should not pass, and may not pass.
