We know that Obama does not believe ni free speech. His campaign has attempted to get people prosecuted in Missouri (later Democrat prosecutors backed off of this and merely said they would run conter-ads to expose "lies") for running anti-Obama ads. His campaign has sent letters to media people thereatening their license if they run anti-Obama ads that the Obama campaign regards as "false". The Obama campaign never backed off of, or apologized for this last one. I heard one official campaign spokesman "defend" (there is no defense) these intimidating letters (admitted) on Fox News.
But the leftist media itself are cowards, and do not believe in free speech. They proved that long ago in that incident involvig the Danish cartoons of Muhammad.
They continue to prove it almost every day. The new media mantra about McCain and Palin is to attack the crowd for being large and enthusastic, and to attack McCain and Palin for "inciting" those crowds into enthusiasm against their opponents. The ultimate proof that McCain and Palin are inciting their crowds to be "dangerous": The crowd has actually HECKLED the media!!!!! The HICKS!!! The "Delliverance" rednecks!!!! How dare heckle the media.
As someone who has done his level best to heckle the media, inluding thoses liars at CNN who have tried to personally destroy Sarah Palin, I say: Right on. More hecdling. Show the media that conservatives believe in free speech, and are also not the kind of cowards the mainstream media are to be threatened out of it.
We conservatives will not even be intimidated out of supporting free speech by Islamic extremists. Wimpy members of the leftist media aren't going to intimidate us.
