Mexico: A Failed Country--Unimaginable Violence Continues

Yes, this is another report from the front El Paso, right next to the front lines of the drug war raging in Juarez, Mexico. Juarez is across the Rio Grande, a mere few miles from where I am typig this.

Did you believe lthat moving the Mexican Army into Jurarez, to replace the outmanned and courrput police, was gtoing to "solve" the problem in Juarez? Silly you!!!!! You must be one of those delustional people who thinks that the Federal government can "solve" problems with health care, energy, etc. (in short, every "problem" there is) by the long discredited method of central planning by a few fallible human beings.

The news in El Paso yesterday, from Juarez, was that give dead bodies had been found in a car in Jurarez. One of the bodies was beheaded, with the head in a bag in the car. Three other people were found murdered, in unrelated incidents. More than 1200 people have been murdered in Juarez already this year. Juarez has to be about the most dangerous city in the world. And it is getting WORSE (hard as that is to belive). Mexico is truly a failed country.

What is amazing is that the violence problem has not yet spread across the Rio Grande to El Paso. If the ACLU and the left have their way (see previous entry), the problem WILL spread across the border to this country.
