ACLLU, AFL-CIO, and the Pima County Sheriff: Murrderers (Illegal Immigrants Commit Murder)

Yes, an item of news today was that an illegal immigrant (probably over the weekend, as I did not catch the exact day of the incident) was alleged to be responsible for murdering 3 or 4 people in the Georgetown area. This particular illegal immigrant has been under a deportation order since 2002.

Now ou may rightly regard the headline as a stretch. ALL illegal immigrants, or even most, do not commit murder. But SOME do. And what you can say with certainty is that every single murder by an illegal immigrant should not have happened, because the person should not have been in this country to commit the murder. And I know it is somewhat harsh to blame people besides the murderers themselves for these murders, but the mainstream media and the political left have convinced me that I should apply the standards of the Pima Country Sheriff in Arizona (himself obviously a murderer under his own standards) to this question of complicity in murder. You will remember that the Pima Contry Sheriff, the mainstream media, and many on the left BLAMED Sarah Palin and the Tea Party for the shooting of Babby Giffords and the murder of six or so people, because of their "spreading of hate". You may also remember that the mainstream media BLAMES the entire Tea Party for every single "racist" statement made by any ONE member of the Tea Party, and holding the entire Tea Party responsible for ANY alleged act of viiolence (or encouragement of violence) by any ONE Tea Party person. Given this standard, illegal immigrants in general are MUCH more subject to "guilt by associatioin", along with the people who encourage their hatred and resentment.

Do the mainstream media, the ACLU, the AFL-CIO and the political left encourage hate and resentment in illegal immigrants, such that a deranged individual might turn to violence? Of course they do. Do these people not constantly suggest that illegal immigrants are being treated with terrible and unfair inhumaneness? Of course they do. Yes, you could say that they are encouraging HATE among minorities in general, including LEGAL immigrants, by continually telling them that "white" people everywhere are looking for an excuse to discriminate against them. But as to illegal immigrants, the encouragement to hatred as to the way they are treated is extreme. Indeeed, the Pima Contry Sheriff can be regarded as responsible for murder in the Gabby Giffords murder itself--not because an illegal immmigrant did the shooting but because the sheriff has encouraged hatred against the entire GOVERNMENT in Arizona--especailly on a state level. That is also true of the entire left. Would a deranged individual recognize a distinction as to Gabby Giffords when the Pima County Sheriff is telling him how EVIL politicians in Arizona are? Not a chance. Yes, the Obama Administration, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, could also be regrded as responsible for the Georgetown murders because they have preached to the country--and to the world, with Hillary Clinton even comparing Arizona's treatment of illegal immigrants as equivlent to human rights abuses in Iran--that people from Mexico and elsewhere (legal and illegal, but especially illegal) are being denied a fair shake in this country.

Q.E.D. By their own standards, the people in the title are responsible for the muirders by an illegal immigrant in Georgetown. In his twisted mind, they were obviously encouraging him to murder.

That is not all. The guy was under a deportation order (indicating again my ridicule of the "magic wand theory of government"--the theory that all the government has to do is wave a magic wand and declare a problem "solved" by government action, such as a deportation order or law or regulation, and it is automatically "solved"). However, he existed illegally in this country for almost a decade without being deported.

Look at my first article today. Look at Arizona and its law. IF we were serious about denying illegal immigrants work in this country, and denying them acccess to services, would this guy have been able to stay undeported for this long? What about if, instead of sanctuary cities, all states had the equivalent of the challenged Arizona law to hel enforce the FEDERAL laws against illegal immigration? It is at least a good possibility, and maybe a probability, that this murderer could not have stayed in the United States except for the pro-illegal immigration crowd. If we really cracked down on fraudulent Social Security number use, he might have been forced to leave on his own. If the state and local authorities were checking for illegal immigrants in an aggressive way, there was surely a good chance of apprehending this guy and enforcing the deportation order. You can see why the pro-illegal immigratiion people have blood on their hands. While "murderer" is too strong, I am willing to state that they have blood on their hands under MY standards. Under the standards of the ACLU, the mainstream media, the AFL-CIO, and the rest of the political left (standards with which I do not agree), those very same people are definitely murderers.

P.S. Note, as usual (for this article and the previous one) that the article has neither been proofread nor spell checked, because of my bad eyesight--unless this note is deleted.

P.P.S. Update: In some ways, the situation as to the 3 murders in Virginia appears to be even WORSE than I describe above, and leftists have even more obvious blood on their hands. As stated in the above article, the adccused murderer was under a deportation order. Thus, he was not legally entitled to be in this country. He had committed an assault and battery. In 2006, he was in government hands, but he then seemed to receive a "benefit" of a program of some sort which gave him TEMPORARY STATUS in this country. Was he even an illegal alien at the time of the murders? I think so. But I am not even sure, because leftists have been so successful--and pro-illegal immigration people--in preventing people from being deported in multiple ways. What I do know is that immigration authorities gave an "explanation" that is WORSE than no explanation at all. They said that a person committing assault and battery is not their priority. Their priority is illegal immigrants who are committing more serious crimes.

Say what? Just HOW MANY illegal immigrants, and other immigrants, are out there committing SERIOUS CRIMES. Further, EVERY single person who commits a "serious" crime starts with a less serious crime. Well, there may be some exceptins for crimes of passion, but that has to be generally true. This particular guy committed THREE MURDERS. He should not have been in this country. How many illegal immigrants are there in this country MORE DANGEROUS than this guy. You mean he had to commit THREE MURDERS to be given a high priority.

I though I was being HARSH applying the standards of the left to call all of these people MURDERERS. Now I am not so sure. Maybe I was being TOO KIND.

This shows how dishonest, by the way, the Obama Administration is trying to say they are "deporting" more people than the Bush Administration. There are, of course, "lies, damn lies and statistics". But this case shows how far we are from really enforcing the immigration laws. Further, it shows what is true: The BUSH ADMINIISTRATION, until the very end,, was making little effort to enforce the immigratiion laws. For Obama to try to comparte his record with that of the Bush Administration is meaningless. The questiin is whether the Obama Administration is committed to enforcing the law. The answer is clearly "NO". Otherwise they would not have sued Arizona before they even saw whether the Arizona law would help.
