A Democrat Congressman actually mentioned favorably the following description of this Presidential race int he House of Representatives:
"Barack Obama was a community organizer. like Jesus. Pontius Pilate was a governor."
To these people, Obama IS the Messiah, and this means they can say ANYTHING about Sarah Palin. So much for talking about the real "issues".
The above is supposed to be funny. The wit actually escapes me. The arrogant disdain does not. One thing is certain: The above tells you all you need to know about how leftists want to discuss the "issues". Most leftists, as I have previously said (in different words), really regard Jesus as little more than a community organizer. They look at religion, and everything else, through a political too, where the only REAL religion is their leftism, and the only REAL heresy is to CHALLENGE that leftism.

Great entry! What escapes me is how this "messiah" nickname has still managed to surface through. Is he THAT thick that he really believes this? I think he is, and he needs to be shown who the real Messiah was and that he's NOT IT. Thanks for this entry! Sue
I appreciate the comment. I agree that there is an astounding amount of stupidity and arrogance here, and it is not just Obama. This "joke" about Obama, Jesus, and Pontius Pilate is apparently making all of the leftist rounds now, and is popping up everywhere. What can you say about people this arrogant and dumb--a deadly combination. I can't see how this stuff helps Obama, or how anyone could even think for a moment it does.
