"Obama Was a Community Organizer, Like Jesus": ACORN, Voter Fraud and the Wall Street Bailout

ACORN (the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Noow) is a left wing activist organization accused of voter fraud in multiple states in multiple years.  This includes Florida, New Mexico, and Ohio, in stories in just the last few months.

It was Democrat Steve Cohen who sai, on the floor of the House of Representatives:  "Barack Obama is a community organizer, just like Jesus".  Now, this was revealing in more than one way.  First, and foremost, it tells you what leftist Democrats think of Jesus:  a mere community organizer and leftist activist.

But it also tells you where Obama is really coming from.  His roots are in the far left, where the ends jutifies the means, and the government is just a source of funds to advance your agenda.  Yes, Obama has connections to ACORN, and got government funds for left wing activists as he advanced in politics.

That brings us to what people in New York City, according to my radical feminist and left leaning younger daughter (who now lives there) call this "Communist" Wall Street bailout bill.  Most of the rest of the country has long regarded New York City as the natural home of the far left.  For people in New York City to consider this a Communist bill, means that people see the bill for what it is--and don't like it.

Leftists inserted in the bill that part of the "profits" would go to left wing activist organizations like ACORN.  As I have said over the past few days, because I know these people, leftists like Obama, Senator Brown, and Senator Schumer were busy turning this bill into a leftist "wish list" of Christmas tree measures advancing leftist causes, even if it perverted the original (flawed) concept of the bill.

Now House Republicans, and John McCain, have shown this bill for the fraud it is, and has been from its beginning (Bush Administration) to its end (left wing wish list benefiting ACORN and advancing leftist causes, beyond even the initial "Communist" concept).

Will I have to "flip flop" back and endorse John McCain again, if he manages to be a force in preventing a "Communist" (remember, this is not my word, but that of my left leaning younger daughter and sentiment in New York City) bill from becoming law?  I don't know.

What I do know is that the Republican Party is again a dead party walking if it lets a "Communist" bill pass here, with "pork" for leftist organizations, but no respect at all for free markets.  As I said yesterday, that would be the last straw for me.  You will remember that the same thing happened with the immigration bill that Repubicans almost helped the Democrats pass.  It was a leftist bill to start with, and Democrats loaded it down with provision after provision that made it more leftist.

Barack "World" Obama is one of those leftist deceivers.  He deliberately kept a low profile on the immigration bill, where a misguided John McCain was actually willing to lead.  All Obama did was suport "killer" left wing amendments that really undermined the chances of the McCain sponsored bill (Thank God)

Obama has done the same thing here.  He has tried to disassociate himself from the details of this bill, but merely supporting vague, high sounding "principles".  Republicans were seemingly letting him, and the leftists like Schumer, get away with it--with a "Communist" bill loaded with leftist Big Government provisions.  If the bill failed to work, and it was being set up to fail, all Obama had to do is say that his principles were not adequately implemented, and demand more Big Government.  That is how leftists operate.

Again, as with immigration, the soul of the Republican Party is on the line here.  You can tell from the media trashing of "House Republicans" allegedly "putting the country at risk", when Democrats were not accused of putting the country at risk when they loaded the (bad) initial bill down with "Chirstmas tree" leftist provisions.  The "establishment" wants any bill because they think once the government is in control, and the taxpayers on the line, they will be "bailed out".  For once, the public sees through it (unless the media can turn it around).

House Republicans seem to have everyone against them but the public, as on immigration.  I hope they can manage to withstand the media assault, and the establishment assault, and keep it that way.
