I have previously named Wolf Blitzer, Larry King, Campbell Brown, Kyra Phillips, John Roberts, Soledad O'Brien, and the rest of CNN as evil, sanctimonious hypocrites. It is not name calling. See last week's entries where I explain WHY as to everly single person named. With reluctance, because I knew it was a mistake, I suggested that Anderson Cooper had not been as bas as the rest on the "motherhood" "iusse" and the pregnanat 17 year old daughter. As I knew I would have to, I take it back. ANDERSON COOPER IS AN EVIL, SANCTIMONIOUS HYPOCRITE, JUST LIKE THE REST OF CNN. Last night proved it, with Anderson Cooper joining the rest of CNN in pesonal attacks (stpid attacks) on the RELIGION of Sarah Palin.
Remember Reverend Wright? You did not hear much about him on CCN, until Obama came out to "defend" himself. Then the focus was on DEFENDING Obama AND Reverend Wright. I have previously described how Racist Soledad O'Brien called the RACIST Reverend Wright speech before the Detroit NAACP a "great speech".
Well, Obama did not leave Reverend Wright's church until AFTER that disastrous appearance on the day FOLLOWING the NAACP speech. The Reverend Wright quotes about the U.S. government inventing the HHIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color, and all of the rest, had ALREADY been publicized for WEEKS. Obama did not leave the chuch. But then Reverend Wright REPEATED all of the WORST statements in public. It was only then that Obama withdrew from the church. But once he withdrew, and said he did not approve of Freverend Wright's statements, cNN (along witht he rest of the mainstream media) acted like it was OVER--as if Obama's 20 year membership in the church, including AFTER the most hateful statements had come out, had never happened.
Segue to Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin LEFT an Asssembly of God church in her home town six years ago to go with an ordinary, non-denominational Christian church. The evil Anderson Cooper, and the rest of thos sanctimonious hypocrites at CNN, have tried to use "guilt by association" with that Pentecostal church even though Palin in no longer in the church.
What has CNN done? They have simply opened access to the nettwork to the left wing blogs. If you have a left wing video on YouTube trying to smear Sarah Palin, it goes on CNN (and MSNBC, but see next entry). Thus, you have a sermon given AFTER Sarah Palin left the Assembly of God church being shown.
And what "horrible" things went on in this church that Palin left? Actually, NOTHING. The WORST of what CNN has said goes on in the Assembly of God church is not as bad as the LEAST of what Reverend Wright has said. I am not only talking about the "G-- Damn America" stuff. Simply the "Black Liberation Theology" stuff is WORSE than anything that went on in the church that Palin LEFT.
The pastor gave a sermon aboutt he "End of Days", and Alaska being ONE of the refuge for those that are saved in those terrible times. Have you ever READ the "Book of Revelations" in the Bible? This is standard stuff for preachers who actually BELIEVE. How does it harm anyone, even if you regard it as a little over the top? It doesn't. It is RELIGION. Does it har anyone if Catholics believe in "saints" who can perform miracles? Is Joe Biden DISQUALIFIED? Don't get me wrong. It may be RIGHT that there are saints who p;erform miracles. But to someone raised Presbyterian, it sounds strange. The "End of Days" is something some preachers talk about. So what. It may be RIGHT. Now if the preacher says that you should to to a mountain top and prepare fo meet the mother ship, I might have a few problems. But if the preacher is just saying that you need to be SAVED so that you are not caught out of a state of grace when the end comes, I see no problem with that Taht a Vice Presidential candidate ONCE belonged to a church whose pastor said that is only a problem for the anti-religious biogots of CNN.
Let us go to Obama. Obama has TALKED about GOD and RELIGION. He has talked about being a man of "faith". CNN is now bringing out viedeos of every time SarahPalin has mendtioned "God", or that she looks to guidance from God, as if that disqualifies her to be President.
What are the evil, sanctimonious hypocrites of CNN, like Angerson Cooper, trying to do here? WHY are they trying to recreate the Spanish Inquisition? I am glad yuou asked. There are two POLITICAL objectives here, or maybe three.
The obvious one is to confuse people, and defuse the Reverend Wright issue for Obama. It doesn't matter to CNN that "speaking in tongues" (a Pentecostal thing which MIGHT have been part of the church to which Palin FORMERLY belonged) has nothing to do with any secular issue. It is totally a religious "belief". The idea here is to throw enough evil, hypocritical SMOKE to break the McCain/Palin momentum. To do that, CNN is willing to open its networkd to the extreme left wing to throw EVERYTHING out there, in th hope something will stick.
The second leftist agenda here is an old one: To SCARE people about the "Christian Right", as they were realdy to try to SCARE people with Romney's Morman relilgion, on the theory that most people in this country are a little uncomfortable with people who REALLY believe in a religion. Obama is able to use God, because leftists (since he is one of them) do not believe he MEANS IT. CNN expects people to believe that Sarah Palin may mean it, and actually pray to God ofr guidance (as Lincoln said he did). Leftists expect that Obama gets his guidance from people like Reverend Wright, and not from God. They may be right. They should know there own.
Third, and in direct contradiction of the second agenda set forth above, CNN hopes that evnagelicals, Catholics, and religious people are STUPID, as CNN firmly believes them to be (and I do not believe them to be, although I am agnostic myself). The ide ias that religious people are bigots, when it is really Anderson Cooper and CNN who are BIGOTS. The idea is that if religious people think that Palin's relition is DIFFERENT from theirs, they will reject her (or get nervous about her--the idea being to brek the momentum, remember?). This IS the idea of the Spanish Inquistion. If a person's religion is even only slightly different than the orthodoxy, burn them at the stake. CNN, of course, has no intention of respecting religion as a PRIVATE thing, unless the sanctimonious hypocrites are wearing another hat. Nope. Mentioning that you look to God for guidance does NOT make your religion a public thing. EVERY Chiristian religion says you are supposed to do that. OBAMA has, in effect, invoked God. The DETAILS of your religion and faith are a private thing, unless you are me and willing to discuss ANYTHING. To treat it any other way is to plunge right into bigotry and the Spanish Inquisition.
The above are merely the TACTICAL considerations here. I believe, by the way (and without specific evidence), that Obama WANTS these attacks. I am not sure about the family attacks. He may or may not have wanted those. But these I am sure he wants. He knows that he can sit back and disavow them, and compare them with the attacks on him, while CNN does the evil, dirty work of BIGOTS and the "politics of personal destruction". Obama knows that he can COUNT on CNN, and the rest of the mainstream media, to engage in any evil SMEAR the mind can conceive, and some the ordinary mind cannot conceive, in order to elect Obama President.
That is the ovrriding concept behind the tactics. CNN is "all in". They have specifcially gone out to DESTROY Sarah Palin, and they realize the consequences to THEM if they fail. Wht they don't seem to realize is that the same consequences will occur even if they succceed. Their timein history is over, no matter what.
How do the smear merchants and biots at CNN, like Anderson Cooper and the rest, sleep at night? I truly believe that they think the end justifies the means. And they are too stupid to realize the magnitude of their evil. Well, I will keep telling them.
