Obama and Cocaine; Palin's HUSBAND and DUI

Which is worse?

Is it worse to be using COCAINE, and perhaps other drugs, and running around with a bad crowd?  Or is it worse to be arrested for DUI?  I think most people would believe that the COCAINE, and possible gang associations, would be worse.  Some people may say that they are equally bad.

Barack "World" Obama is, of course, the CONCAINE user.  He said so in his own book, and admitted the bad associations.   In case you have not noticed, Obama is the Democratic nominee for PRESIDENT.

You say that the drug use by Obama was long ago, and that he overcame it?  Fine.  I can go with that.

But then you get to those despicable media and internet "reports" about a DUI of Palin's HUSBAND about the same age that Obama was using COCAINE--about age 22, or some 22 years ago.

Nope.  You are a sanctimonious hypocrite if you believe that Obama's remote drug use is irrelevant, while Palin's HUSBAND's DUI is relevant.  Obama is the CANDIDATE.  Palin's husband is running for.......NOTHING.

P.S.  The idea for the above came from Newt Gingrich, who got it absolutely right about the DISGRACEFUL double standard at wokr here--inlcuding on the daughter's pregnancy.  Isn't it GREAT that women don't have to worry about a "double standard" any more.
