Sarah Palin: Star

I am not going to comment on Sarah Palin's speech, since I never had any doubts about her.  Suffice it to say that she is the most impressive woman I have ever seen in American politics.  That includes Hillary Clinton, who would die for this woman's WARMTH.

Some in the leftist media are already asking whether McCain can measure up to HER.  For someone like me, who does not like McCain politically and am only voting for HER, his is a good question.  For the media, of course, it is just another example of their pro-Obama bias.  I will say, as I have said over the past few days, that I do have somewhat warmer feelings about McCain because of his judgment in choosing Palin. I am now--although this happened BEFORE the speech--ENTHUSIASTICALLY supporting the McCain ticket, which shows how strongly I am for her (since I was not going to vote for McCain at all.

See my entries over the past few days, about CNN and the mainstream media being "all in" (poker term) in their effort to destroy Sarah Palin.  I have correctly told yo that the mainstream media has already LOST by this, ensuring their eventual DOOM, even if Palin were destroyed.  Did this speech, and what I consider as her likely outstanding performance from here on,  put the nails in teh coffin for the mainstream media even sooner than I expected?  Maybe.

As I have noted, because the mainstream media is "all in", and realize that their very future is at stake (without fully realizing it is already lost), you can still expect a DESPERATE effor to smear Palin again based on any excuse.  If Obama is smart, he will discourage that.  But the Democratic Party is under the control of the loony, hating left, and Obama may not be able to convince the haters on the left wing blogs to back off.  We have found that those haters now have direct access to CNN, and the rest of the mainstream media.  It is going o be difficult for the mainstream media to return to any kind of rationality in this environment whre they are catering to the dominant left wing loons.
