Flu Pandemic or Sexually Transmitted Disease Pandemic: Which Is More Likely?

"Doctors know some patients needing lifesaving care won't get it in a flu pandemic or other disaster. The gut-wrenching dilemma will be deciding who to let die."

The above is today's ridiculous SCARE story from the despicable Associated Press (featured, with equally scare headine, on the equally despicable AOL).

People killed in RECENT flu pandemics:  ZERO.  (There has not been a flu "pandemic" in at least 60 years, although people are killed every year from the NORMAL flu.)

People killed recently by CELERY and SPINACH:  more than zero.  (Who should we save if we have a "pandemic" of contaminated celery or spinach?)

People killed in the REAL, recent (and continuing) PANDEMIC of AIDS:  Millions.  Of course, AIDS has never been treated like a REAL contagious disease, which has KILLED a lot of people, because AIDS is (mainly) a sexually transmitted disease (worse, one primarily transimtted in the U.S. by GAY SEX).

Most likely NEXT pandemic (better than even chance):  another SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.  That has been the long term prediction in this blog, and the EVIDENCE is that I am likely right.
