Obama: Cameras or Soldiers--Which Is More Important

Which matters more to Obama?  Is it cameras or soldiers?

There is actually no doubt.  It is cameras.

Now this whole foreign trip by Obama, despite the adulation of the media, has been a giant photo-op.  If you really think a campaign trip to FOREIGN AUDIENCES gives you the foreign policy experience that Obama lacks, then you need to buy the Brooklyn Bridge from somebody and go live on it or under it.  You are too stupid to actually live in society.

But the disastrous (for Obama, despite the media worship) Berlin part of the trip represented absolute PROFF that Obama does not care about soldiers as much as he cares about cameras and press coverage.  Indeed, it represented proof that Obama wants to USE soldiers, but has no personal interest in them.

What happened was that Obama had a scheduled visit with wounded soldiers at a medical center in Germany.  However, when Obama discovered that military policy prevented cameras and media from going with him as he visited the soldiers, he canceled the visit.  Then his campaign tried to blame the Pentagon for not letting him visit as part of a "day" paid for by his political campaign.

That, of course, was FALSE.  Obama was not allowed to visit the soldiers AS A CAMPAIGN EVENT, with a photo-op.  That is established military policy, and good military policy.  But, as a Senator, Obama could have visited the soldiers, with a few aides.  He was just not allowed to make it a media circus.

But a media circus, with worshipping "reporters", is what Obama is interested in.  The whole of this overseas trip was nothing more than a well orchestrated (until Berlin) media event.

Q.E.D.  Obama is more interested in cameras than soldiers.

Don't be silly - cameras are far and away more important to the Cult of Obama.
