Yep. Snowfall in Columbus, Ohio broke a 98 year old record today. See the previous entry this week about this developing storm (you even get weather information on this blog, atlhough it is incidental--one of the FAULTS of the mainstream media is to overhype normal weather events; well, actually, they overhype natural disasters of all kinds).
Actual data continues to put nails in the foffin of "global warming". That mythical "temperature of the earth has dropped precipitously in the last year. Snow cover in the Norther Hemisphere has been as extensive as 1966. Cool January in U.S. Cool February. Really a pretty cool 2007.
Are we entering another phase of "global cooling"? Could be. Some Canadian scientists have entered on a project to see whether whe are heading toward an ICE AGE because of recent lack of sunspot acitivity in the sun.
Dirty little secret: "Climate change" is an absolute fraud--literally. The "theory" (vague concept) of "global warmng" was NEVER (sceientifically) a theory of CLIMATE. The relationship between green house gases and CLIMATE has never developed into a comprehensive theory (which would require actually predicting climate). An acutal theory of climate would further require understanding ALL of the factors which produce changes in climate and thow they interrelate. No scientiffically rigorous theory of this kind has even been attempted.
"Global warming" was merely the concept that greenhouse gases are causing the earth to WARM. Without the warming, the whole concept FALLS APART--becomes totally separated from science and exposed for the POLITICAL (not to mention religious) movement that it is.
